Let Chef Stephanie help shed light on foods that can fuel your workouts! Stop by the Turner Farm Barn Studio for an extended lunch hour where guests can come and go as they please. Participants will get to watch culinary demonstrations focused on energizing foods that will help you engage and sustain not just throughout your workouts, but your day as well. These recipes include dishes designed to maximize energy as well as some dishes that will help you recoup and build muscle post-workout. Guests will be able to taste a myriad of dishes throughout the class, so come hungry and leave with a copy of all recipes.
