Chicken or the Egg: A Turner Farm Journey

This class may not provide you the answer to the chicken or the egg paradox, but it will give you an inside look to Turner Farm’s egg production and chicken raising with our manager of livestock and pastures, Daniel Losekamp. After a tour of the farm to see how we raise and manage our chickens, the class will return to the barn studio for a hands-on cooking experience in the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen with Chef Stephanie to show you how to get the most flavor and utility out of chicken. The class will end with a large farm-fresh lunch!
