Culinary Competency: All Steamed Up

Join Chef Stephanie for the culinary competency course, “All Steamed Up” where you will gain experience poaching, stewing, and steaming. This course is designed as a hands-on workshop to understand and develop crucial techniques that we all use frequently in cooking professionally and at home. In this class, chef will walk you through these fundamental skills to make a unique and delicious meal. Foods will include:
-Steamed Momos (Nepalese-style Dumplings)
-Braised Tofu Red Curry with Rice
-Poached Pears & Blueberry-Vanilla Soup
