Pasta from scratch tends to be really daunting, but when you break it down there are a few key ingredients and steps. This fall pasta class takes simple, fresh pasta and turns it up a notch with heartier dishes meant for fall weather that will be sure to impress! This class will be hands-on in the Teaching Kitchen, followed by a meal comprised of these dishes. Wine will also be available during dinner.
Dishes will include:
- Buckwheat Lasagna with Pureed Pumpkin, Turner Farm Lamb, & Spinach
- Ricotta Gnudi with Brown Butter & Sage
- Rye Garganelli with Roasted TF Mushrooms & Cream Sauce
