Hands-On Chicken Butchery

Come learn how chickens are processed and take home a fresh, pasture-raised Turner Farm chicken. Students will have the option of working every station in the small-scale processing (no one will be forced to be on any certain station). Each class will process 50 birds. While the birds are in the chill tank resting before bagging, we will take a short tour of some of Turner Farms chicken operation.
Cost: $40 (includes whole chicken to take home)
