These meals will help get through cold months without adding the winter bulk to your waistline. This hands-on class will be followed by a meal made from the dishes created in the Teaching Kitchen, including:

  • Vegetable chili
  • Mushroom farro-risotto
  • Root vegetable and cauliflower tagine
  • Poached tilapia in fennel-orange broth
