Ingredient Spotlight: Summer Squash & Zucchini

Spend an afternoon with Chef Stephanie in the Teaching Kitchen learning a multitude of ways to prepare a beloved summer vegetable that many of us get stuck preparing the same way over and over: summer squash! We will be making a wide variety of dishes where the summer squash and zucchini takes center stage including: marinated summer squash & zucchini ribbons with basil pesto, zucchini fries, roasted zucchini quesadillas, as well as chocolate zucchini bread.
