Thanksgiving Rolls & Breads with Sarah Black

The renowned author and bread maker returns to Turner Farm for another adventure in making great bread.
As we begin to plan our holiday celebrations and menus, join Sarah Black as she shows you how to make rolls, table breads and decorative loaves for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Doughs will include Cranberry/Orange, a Pain de Mie pullman loaf, a classic Pain de Epi shaped into a wreath, and maybe a few surprises, including using a French Panibois basket for baking the Cranberry/Orange Bread. Each participant will take home a Panibois basket home for personal holiday baking.
