This class will cover the foundations of fermentation practices to get you more
comfortable both using fermented products and fermenting at home. You will even leave the class with a kombucha scoby so you can get the ball rolling at home right away. Chef Stephanie will go through how to use fermented products beyond yogurt at home to create interesting, healthy dishes.
