Turner Farm Flowers
Enjoy strolling the farm for spring flowers, including daffodils, penonies, and iris, after which there is a pause. The main season of flowers begins in July. You can explore the rows of different flowers and ornamental foliage in our front flower gardens. We have a showy rainbow of feature flowers, plus plenty of fillers to fill out your bouquets. Sunflowers can be found all over farm!
2018 CSA Flower Share
Each $50 flower share purchased provides you with the opportunity to cut 250 flowers over the course of the season. Typically folks cut in 25-stem bouquets, but it is at your leisure, as you like.

Melinda O’Briant, Floriculture
Melinda has a long history of growing and educating. She grew up on a farm and then studied agriculture at Ohio State University. She pursued a Masters in Education, at Indiana State University, and then taught floriculture at Vincennes University. Melinda came to Turner Farm in 1996 and managed the produce and flower gardens there until 2012, when she passed the produce reins to Megan in order to focus on flowers and education on and off the farm. She is the official “farm mentor,” a veritible encyclopedia of garden knowledge and history, and also teaches the majority of Turner Farm’s public gardening classes and manages our flower production.
