Artisan Bagels from Scratch with Crackling Crust Microbakery

Join the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen for a 2.5-hour bagel intensive with the owner of Crackling Crust Microbakery, Michelle Kovach. In this class, students will learn how to make sourdough bagels at home! Topics covered include: how to correctly mix, properly roll, and carefully shape bagels. This class will also cover boiling, topping, and baking bagels. Students will leave with their own baked bagels to take home, as well as a laminated instruction sheet.
The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will also provide an assortment of dishes made with farm-fresh ingredients to enjoy during the class. This class has limited spots due to its hands-on nature so act quickly!
