Beer Tasting & Discussion on Sustainability in Brewing with Fibonacci Brewing Company

Join the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen Team for an exceptional evening and beer tasting with the co-founders of Fibonacci Brewing Company, Bob and Betty Bollas. This is a unique opportunity for you to learn about what sustainability in brewing encompasses, as well as Fibonacci Brewing Company’s deep commitment to the Mt. Healthy and greater Cincinnati community through the use of locally sourced ingredients.
During the class we will taste five beers that highlight the breadth and depth of Fibonacci’s current beer selection and the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will provide some light bites for your enjoyment throughout the class. Be sure to not miss this opportunity!
The first four beers will be Prunus, The Noid, Pride of the Valley, and Hazy Daisy. The fifth beer will be your choice between two very unique beers when signing up for the class: Beta (an ale with beet and ginger) and Tollhouse Caps (an American stout with Carolina Reapers).
