Culinary Competencies: Searing & Sauces

Bring in the new year by either honing your culinary skills, or developing new ones. This class will focus on building elegant and flavorful pan sauces by understanding fundamental cooking techniques such as searing and roasting. The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen team will walk you through getting a perfect, golden brown sear and perfectly cooked inside to your foods, while highlighting essential steps in creating pan sauces that will elevate the whole meal. Few spots will be available to maximize hands-on time and coaching!
