Culinary Competency: Tame the Flame

Jump into action and join Chef Stephanie for Tame the Flame where you will gain experience with roasting, baking, sautéing, and grilling. This course is designed as a hands-on workshop to understand and develop crucial techniques that we all use frequently in cooking professionally and at home. In this class, chef will walk you through these fundamental skills to make a meal. Food will include:
-Sautéed Turner Farm Chicken with a Honey-Dijon Pan Sauce
-Sautéed Herbed Tofu
-Roasted TF Carrots, Mushrooms, & Thyme
-Grilled Asparagus with Lemon
-Sea Salt Chocolate Chips
