Healthy Habits: Meal Planning

Join Chef Stephanie for an hour lecture on creating healthy habits through meal planning. All participants will be able to sample a multitude of dishes (and leave with a recipe packet filled with recipes as tips and tricks on meal planning) while listening to chef’s lecture on things such as: understanding the role of planning meals for a healthy and balanced diet, knowing how to get the most for your budget, better navigate through grocery stores, and meal planning properly to limit food waste.
