Muddlers & Mixers: Celebrate Spring

Farmer/Mixologist Joshua Jones is bringing back the tastes of spring on April 20 with the next installment of Muddlers & Mixers. Joshua will highlight three cocktails with farm-fresh ingredients, while Chef Stephanie will thrill the taste buds with savory snacks. Join us in the Teaching Kitchen and, weather permitting, on the Studio Barn patio as we welcome back spring with a round of delicious drinks, including:

Smoky Citrus Cooler: A smoky, yet bright cocktail. It infuses the smoky flavor of mezcal with the bright citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, all tied together with the sweetness of fresh local maple syrup.

Bee’s Knees: Combines floral local gin with the sweetness of local honey and tartness of vinegar. Turner Farm grown Thyme balances the flavor profile of this seasonal cocktail.

Mint Julep: Spring is here, which means two things–Mint is growing and the Ponies are getting ready for race day! Celebrate the only way we know how with our timeless Mint Julep Recipe. Impress all your friends on race day with this classic, yet tasty cocktail.
