Plant-Based Cookery: West African Inspired Dishes

With the cold months of winter and our grey skies in Ohio, take a journey across the globe with the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen to learn how to make West African inspired plant-based recipes. This hands-on cooking class will cover dishes such as peanut stew, jollof rice, coconut tapioca pudding, and perhaps a few extra surprises! After cooking, students will share a meal together. A special class that you shouldn’t miss out on!
