FULL MEAL. HANDS-ON TEACHING KITCHEN EXPERIENCE
Learning the skills to cook anything confidently can be extremely daunting and even fearful. Over five weeks, Turner Farm’s Teaching Kitchen will host culinary competency classes using as much farm fresh produce as possible.
This class will cover Stocks & Soups: including how to make vegetable stock, chicken stock, and beef stock from scratch. We will also be making a variety of seasonally appropriate soups to be had during the class.
