Lamb Cookery: A Forgotten Flavor

Lamb Cookery: A Forgotten Flavor is designed as a workshop to demystify cooking lamb. Chef Stephanie will discuss common lamb cuts, as well as traditional flavor pairings. Participants will have an opportunity to work hands-on with Turner Farm lamb to make a few lamb-centric dishes and few sides that pair well with lamb. At the end of the class, participants will get an opportunity to sit down and enjoy a meal comprised of dishes created during the class. Wine may also be available during the dinner portion for of age participants.

Tentative dishes will include:

Moroccan Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate Sauce
Turmeric Ground Lamb, Sweet Potatoes and Eggs
Roasted Lamb Shoulder and Couscous
