Have you ever wondered what it was like to open your fridge, peer into your freezer or pantry, and just cook with what inspires you? Well, Chef Stephanie will guide you through tips and tricks of cooking "on the fly" without feeling like you're completely winging it. After a brief introduction and how-to, Chef will provide an assortment of seasonal produce and sustainably-raised meats from Turner Farm along with pantry staples for you to create your own dishes to be shared as a meal at the end of the class. A great opportunity for creative (and perhaps a little competitive) chefs of all ages!
Wine will be offered for those of legal drinking age.
Few spots will be available to maximize hands-on time and coaching!
