Join the TFTK in exploring the sumptuousness of comfort foods that satisfy the soul and belly, but without any internal nagging afterwards. We will cover revised dishes like cassoulet and bread pudding that are perfect for the winter cold. This class will be limited to a few spots to maximize hands-on kitchen time so act fast.

The Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen will be hosting a number of classes specifically for pre-teens and teens to learn and foster culinary skills that will last a lifetime, but this class is a little more focused on bringing together parents and kids through cooking, creating lasting memories. This week’s class will focus on working together (parent & child) to build your own ramen bowls, including noodles and assorted toppings. Chef will also cover how to make these in bulk and freeze extras for dinner in a snap. This hands-on class will be limited in size so act fast!
All adults must be accompanied by a child, or teen (ages 8-17), and all children must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
