If you require a shrubbery, join the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen for a night of learning how to make shrubs (sipping vinegar) from scratch—allowing you to savor flavors of the season longer (and potentially minimize your food waste). Chef will show you how to then use these vinegars to make playful, vibrant cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails to enjoy throughout the spring and summer. There will also be farm fresh appetizers to enjoy throughout the evening.
