Five weeks, Wednesdays: April 3rd, April 10th, April 17th, April 24th, May 1st
This five-week collection of culinary classes will help you on your own personal journey to gain culinary confidence and bring your cooking up a few notches by showing you techniques used by professional chefs to create healthy, vibrant dishes. Each class will include an immersive hands-on cooking experience where the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen staff will guide you through crucial steps, offer tips and tricks along the way, and explain the “whys” behind techniques and practices that will hopefully inspire you to expand your own culinary repertoire and take your cooking far beyond simple following recipes!
Each class will include a meal, but also be prepared for weekly homework assignments. Classes will be capped at 10 students to allow for maximized hands-on time and guided instruction.
