With spring finally sprung: join the Turner Farm Teaching Kitchen for a seasonal delight of fresh, vibrant spring salads. Each participant will be able to sample an assortment of farm-fresh salads that’ll be sure to inspire while watching chef Stephanie and the TFTK team demonstrate how to make bright salads that make bold statements. Each participant will also have access to all of the recipes after the class. Weather pending: after the class has ended, join the teaching kitchen staff for a short stroll around Turner Farm to see where the magic actually happens: in the fields.
