& a Greek Salad of Spinach, Feta and Cucumbers. We will quick pickle some veggies from our market to add as well.

You will combine Garlic, Coriander & Oregano to create these Meatballs & pan-sear.  The light & fresh flavors of these meatballs-combined with the Cucumber-Yogurt sauce is heaven.

I will show you how to toast spices to add to your Basmati Rice & finish your class with bringing together the freshest TF market salad items & learn a quick pickle process.
