In this class you will learn to perfectly pan-sear Ribeyes then top them with a flavorful Chimichurri Sauce. You will also create Smoked Paprika Papas (crispy garlic roasted small potatoes) & a Lemony-Herb Cream dipping sauce. (think Tapas) Served with a Seasonal TF Green Salad topped with Manchengo & a classic Dijon-Red Wine Vinegar Vinaigrette.
