Creative Design with Wine Evening (Aug 20)
Bring your own large container or chose one from Turner Farm’s collection. Bring your ideas and creativity. Flower Farmers and floral designers, Melinda and Zach will help you create a stunning floral masterpiece in the Barn Studio, while enjoying appetizers and wine. We will head to the Turner Farm Flower field to harvest your choice of up to 35 stems of flowers and foliage. Floral mechanics such as floral foam, tape, wood picks, wire, buckets, snips, and wire cutters will be provided. The flower field will be over-flowing with zinnias, sunflowers, cosmos, black-eyed-susan, globe amaranth, basil, statice, strawflowers, pincushion flowers, and more!
If bad weather threatens, the flowers will be harvested ahead of time and be in buckets in the barn to choose from.
