In this class you will learn the art of saving seeds from your favorite flowers. We will discuss which flowers to choose, when to harvest, how to harvest and the processes you will need to go through to obtain seed that will reproduce viable seeds for the following year. We will dabble in backyard-hybridization of flowers, and meet out in our flower garden to bag zinnias for seed-saving for the 2026 gardening season.
