The favorite of all seasons: Cast Iron cooked Chx Wings with 2 Sauces: Hot Honey & Homemade Ranch.  Our Cabbage is in season so we will make a Sweet & Sour Slaw to be the happy accompaniment. Pan-seared Sourdough Bread will top you off at this popular class.
