Enjoy an early afternoon Biscuit & Gravy class at Turner farm. Learn how to make southern style gravy with Turner Farm sausage, that will transport you to the Appalachian mountains. Enjoy gravy served over “Cat Head” biscuits that you’ll be making with Chef Blake in the kitchen. “Cat Head” biscuits are a staple in many North Carolina kitchens- the term is referring to the size of the biscuit, approximately the size of a cat head. Come cook with us!
Biscuits & Gravy will be served for brunch as well as seasonal fruit, juices, and Coffee.
