Spend a cozy afternoon in the Barn Studio learning the art of handmade focaccia and seasonal compound butter in this approachable, education-forward workshop. Guests will explore the fundamentals of breadmaking while learning the differences between flour varieties, fermentation techniques, and what to look for when sourcing quality ingredients at home. 

Throughout the class, Chef Blake will demonstrate how to make focaccia from scratch before guests top and bake their own personal loaves to take home. Participants will also create a seasonal compound butter using fresh herbs and ingredients inspired by what is currently growing on the farm. 

The experience concludes with a relaxed farm lunch featuring fresh focaccia sandwiches, seasonal salad, ice cream, pastries, coffee service, and a seasonal mocktail. 

Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or complete beginner, this workshop is designed to be warm, interactive, and full of practical techniques you can recreate in your own kitchen.
