Join Chef Blake in the Barn Studio Kitchen for an evening inspired by rustic Italian flavors and classic scratch cooking techniques. In this hands-on workshop, guests will learn how to craft tender, flavorful meatballs from the ground up while exploring the sweet-and-sour balance of traditional agrodolce sauce.
Throughout the class, participants will mix, season, and roll their own meatballs before baking them to perfection for dinner. Guests will also prepare a rich agrodolce using fresh ingredients and learn how slow-cooked acidity and sweetness work together to create depth of flavor. Along the way, Chef Blake will demonstrate a creamy house-made crema that adds brightness and balance to the finished dish.
