Certified Organic Popcorn

The 2024 Turner Farm crop of popcorn has been harvested, husked, cured and winnowed, and is now for sale in our Farm Market. How to Make Popcorn on the Stovetop

  1. Pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat, and place 3 kernels of popcorn in the pan.

  2. When those 3 kernels start spinning around, pour in 1/2 cup popcorn.

  3. Cover pan with a lid. Shake the pan, or slide it back and forth, to keep it moving and prevent burning.

  4. When popping slows, remove from heat and toss with salt, butter and other seasonings to taste.
