Our chef will guide you through the process of seasoning and searing your steak before finishing it in the oven. You’ll then prepare your own seasonal compound butter while learning best practices for combining ingredients and building balanced flavors. Along the way, we’ll explore the Maillard reaction and the science behind achieving that deeply flavorful, golden-brown crust.
