You’ll roll and cook your own tortillas, mix and taste a flavorful aioli, and explore the techniques behind creating a light, crispy vegetable tempura. Along the way, you’ll learn how simple ingredients and thoughtful techniques can come together to create a balanced and satisfying meal.
