Learn how to make pasta from scratch with Chef Blake. Each guest will make their own pasta dough as well as learn how to shape the perfect cappellettis! Participants will also learn how to make a simple and delicious filling for any pasta. The freshly prepared pasta with mascarpone and roasted carrot will be served for dinner, as well as a crudité appetizer, seasonal dessert, and wine will be provided.
