Facilities Director

Location: 7400 Given Road, Cincinnati, OH 45243

Terms: Full/Salary

Salary/rate: To be Determined

Requirements: On Call as needed

About the role: Plan, direct, and/or coordinate functioning and operations of all

buildings and facilities. Including surrounding grounds of the farm.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director

Responsibilities:  Monitor all buildings and facilities to ensure that they remain

safe, secure, and well maintained.

 Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.

 Oversee construction and renovation projects.

 Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, and

supplies.

 Set goals and deadlines for the department.

 Prepare and review operational reports for needed permits.

 Acquire, distribute and store supplies.

 Direct facility maintenance and/or repair activities.
