It’s time to make everyone’s favorite winter dish! Our Chef will show you to make a Pozole Rojo inspired Chili along with Cast-Iron Cornbread. This will be served with Lime Crema and Cotija Cheese & Cilantro.
The focus of this class is learning how to use Mexican Chiles as they are abundant and extremely versatile.
Charcuterie Boards, Wine and Dessert will also be included.
