If you are interested in Vegan or Vegetarian food, Indian cuisine is a great reference point.
The focus of this class is learning how to achieve Indian flavor, profiles, and cooking methods. You will be making a South Indian inspired Red Lentil Dal, a Kachumber Salad, and Garlic Naan.
Charcuterie Boards, wine and dessert will be provided as well!
