Chef Adam will lead this informative workshop about how to properly break down a whole chicken. Guests will work in groups of two and take home their finished products at the end of class. We will review how to utilize every piece of the animal, proper storage techniques, possible cooking methods and general tips/advice.
An appetizer (fresh bread and spreads), a roasted chicken with TF veggies and potatoes dinner, dessert and wine will be provided.
