Join us to learn the basics of fermentation and how to easily apply it in your kitchen. In this beginner’s workshop, guests will learn how to reduce waste and utilize the most out of each harvest, as well as how to add depth and complexity to dishes. Participants will leave with their very own fermentation project using Turner Farm’s seasonal produce.
Focaccia sandwiches will be served for lunch, as well as dessert, coffee and tea will be provided.
