Join us in the Barn Studio for a comforting, hands-on brunch workshop centered around homemade gluten-free biscuits and savory sausage gravy made with Turner Farm sausage. Designed for both gluten-free guests and anyone interested in expanding their kitchen skills, this class focuses on approachable techniques, ingredient education, and classic comfort food made from scratch. 

Guests will prepare their own gluten-free biscuit dough, learn shaping and baking techniques, and create a rich sausage gravy while discussing ingredient substitutions, texture development, and tips for successful gluten-free baking at home. 

After the kitchen portion of class, guests will gather around the table to enjoy a relaxed farm brunch complete with seasonal yogurt parfaits, fruit, mimosas, coffee service, and Turner Farm ice cream. 

This workshop is warm, interactive, and ideal for anyone looking to build confidence in gluten-free cooking while sharing a meal in community.
