Join us in the Barn Studio for an evening centered around fresh seasonal ingredients, approachable culinary techniques, and the art of preparing delicate seafood with confidence. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Blake will guide guests through the process of creating a beautifully balanced meal featuring seared cod, blistered tomatoes, seasonal greens, and house-made focaccia. 

Designed for both beginner and experienced home cooks, this class focuses on simple techniques that elevate everyday cooking while highlighting the flavors of the season.

What You’ll Learn: 

● How to properly prepare and cook cod, including techniques for achieving a delicate sear without overcooking 

● How to create a bright seasonal vinaigrette using fresh ingredients and balanced acidity Techniques for blistering tomatoes to develop depth of flavor and natural sweetness

● The process of making focaccia from scratch, including topping and baking techniques 

The evening begins with light bites and a brief introduction to Turner Farm before guests transition into the kitchen for the interactive cooking experience. Together, participants will prepare vinaigrette, blister tomatoes, bake focaccia, and sear cod before gathering around the table to enjoy the finished meal. Wine is included in ticket pricing. 

Dinner will feature seared cod with blistered tomatoes and seasonal greens, served alongside warm focaccia, with dessert to follow.
