Sushi Rolling Demystified!
In this class you will make both types of rolls.
*Uramaki (rice on the outside) and Maki (rice on the inside) along with a vegan “yum sauce”, “eel sauce”. (Note: the eel sauce does not have eel in it.) This dish will also be taught with pan fried ToFu with salt and sweet Tamari, and Sesame-Soy Roasted Turner Farm Vegetables.
