Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated seasonal menu designed to highlight ingredients known to support cardiovascular health — while still feeling deeply satisfying and approachable. Throughout the evening, Dr. Rothenberg will share insight into the role nutrition plays in short- and long-term heart health.

Menu provided by Chef Blake:

• Seared Salmon

• Cannellini Bean, Cucumber + Basil Salad with thyme, oregano, lemon, olive oil, sweet onion, and
