Do you have an curiosity of Herbs? Do you use a lot of herbs for cooking, teas, or as a soak in your most relaxing bath? In this class we will talk about the history, uses, and uncommon ways to preserve and keep herbs that you can grow yourself. Students will plant a terracotta planter with 3 of the most commonly used culinary herbs to take home and cook with all summer. Blake, our Executive Chef, will give a demonstration.
