Learn the art of brewing kombucha and discover how this probiotic-rich, micro-biome-friendly drink can support digestion and overall wellness. In this hands-on class, you’ll master brewing, fermenting, and flavoring while learning to care for your kombucha over the 7-12-day fermentation cycle.

We’ll cover everything from selecting the proper tea and sugar to maintaining a healthy SCOBY, fermenting for optimal probiotics, and bottling for perfect carbonation. You’ll also sample different flavor combinations and create a custom infusion at home.

What You’ll Take Home:

• A jar of freshly brewed kombucha (first fermentation)

• A starter SCOBY to continue brewing at home

• A step-by-step kombucha guide, including probiotic benefits, care instructions, and flavoring ideas
