Learn all about microgreens in this hands-on class! Participants will learn about the nutritional value of microgreens, taste several varieties grown at Turner Farm and learn how to seed and grow their own microgreens at home. All participants will seed their own small tray of microgreens of their choice and take them home to watch them grow and enjoy.
