Join us for a fun evening and our Chef will teach you how to properly shuck oysters and discuss notable differences between West Coast and East Coast Oysters. You will also learn to make mignonette, a delicious accompaniment to oysters.
This class will be topped off with a wonderful dinner to include TF Pork Shoulder Roast, TF Root Vegetables, Charred Winter Greens, and Chocolate Truffle Torte for dessert.
Appetizers and wine are included to top off your experience.
