"Quick" Flatbreads (May 28)*
$55.00

May 28, 2026
11:00am-1:00pm

Discover the art—and wellness—of breadmaking in this hands-on, approachable cooking class designed to nourish both body and mind. Guests will explore the differences between common leavening agents like yeast, sourdough, and baking powder, gaining a deeper understanding of how simple ingredients transform into wholesome, satisfying foods.

The experience begins with a live dough demonstration, followed by guided instruction on essential breadmaking techniques and foundational “rules” for success. Each guest will then roll out their own portioned dough, customize it with fresh toppings, and bake a personal flatbread to enjoy as a warm, nourishing afternoon snack.

To round out the experience, guests will enjoy seasonal pasta bites, a selection of dips and spreads paired with fresh baked bread, and a seasonal-inspired dessert—making this class both interactive and delicious from start to finish.

Please notify us if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate.
